We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that are:

Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition
With tags attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated customs or import fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Island Honey is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Sale items, promotional purchases, swimwear (without intact hygiene liner), and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
